4th of July Float

Eric drove the winning float in Ashland's 4th of July parade! After many hours of work, the PBC truck and trailer were adorned and ready to represent the Ashland Elks. Our meticulous crepe paper streamers caught the eye of the judges, but I think it was the antlers that won them over. We took first place in our category, and had a great time too.

  Brings back memories of Home Coming -- everyone wants to ride in the parade, but no one wants to do the work ahead of time.
  I think one year I had Rosie and Zack doing crepe paper, and mom finally just broke down and bought the spray paint!
